A unique way to bring the flavor of parmesan chicken into the kitchen.
Clean chicken breasts.
In a shallow dish empty the can of tomato sauce.
In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce mix (I use McCormick Thick and Zesty) and parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Coat the bottom of a 13×9 pyrex baking dish with oil.
Dip chicken in tomato sauce and then coat with dry ingredients.
Place in pyrex dish. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts and pour any extra sauce around the chicken.
Cook 15 minutes and turn the chicken over. Cook another 15 minutes and then add the mozzarella cheese. Put it back in the oven just until the cheese is melted. Once cheese is melted chicken is ready.
NOTE: This is meant for a thicker chicken breast. I would increase time if your chicken is monstrous and decrease time if it is on the thinner side.
