A healthy recipe that showcases Parmesan cheese in a tasteful way.
Thaw salmon, if frozen. Rinse and pat salmon dry.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture over the tops of the salmon.
Bake, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
Serve with steamed artichoke and roasted fingerling or mashed potatoes.
