A healthy meal of baked chicken seasoned to your liking.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Combine flour, Parmesan, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
4. In separate bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
5. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture, covering chicken well.
6. Melt butter in microwave.
7. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour melted butter over each piece.
8. Bake for 80 minutes until cheese is brown and chicken cooked.
9. Enjoy!
