Panko-crusted baked chicken tenders. No added oils!
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Pound chicken tenders thinly, optional.
3. Coat the tenders in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Place breaded tenders on baking sheet lined with nonstick foil or lightly sprayed with oil or other nonstick component; bake on 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and crust is browned; turn over halfway through cooking time.
Note: Progresso Italian-flavored panko breadcrumbs are recommended.
