Oven Baked BBQ Pork Chops

Description
A homemade sauce makes these super delish!
Ingredients
- 6 whole Pork Chops (up To 8 Pork Chops)
- ½ cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ cups Ketchup
- ½ cups Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 leaf Bay Leaf
Preparation
Brown 6 to 8 pork chops and put them in a baking dish. Mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 60 minutes until done.
