The same recipe you see in most New England restaurants. Little did you know how easy it is to make at home!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place filets in lightly oiled pan. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly pour crushed crackers over top of fish. Dot the top with butter. Cook for 30 minutes or until the fish is white and flaky. Serve with fresh lemon halves.
