Very easy and delicious pizza dough for Friday nights at home!
1. Add all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and instant yeast to a medium sized bowl. Quickly combine the dry mixture with a whisk.
2. Next, add water and use a whisk to make sure everything is mixed together.
3. Do a little kneading until dough forms a ball.
4. Take a large bowl and coat with good quality olive oil. Add the dough to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for at least 2 hours but longer is better.
5. When ready, roll out the dough to 1/4-1/2 inch thickness, top with your favorite toppings and bake at 475 F for 10-15 minutes.
