A quick and easy casserole that’s awesomely delicious.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Simmer chicken until tender. Mix all ingredients (except the chicken stock) in a large bowl. Put into the casserole dish. Pour chicken stock over ingredients and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

This is very similar to my recipe except that I include chopped hard boiled eggs and mine doesn’t include the broth. This is a crowd pleaser and an old time favorite in my home.
