Description

These are a nice tangy alternative to the classic southern fried pork chops!

Ingredients

  • 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Mustard (Plain Yellow, Dijon, Spicy Cajun Or Any Combination Of Your Favorites)
  • 4 whole Thin Cut Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 2 cups Flour (seasoned To Taste Using Salt And Pepper, Cayenne Or Cajun Spice)
  • 1 cup Canola Oil, For Frying

Preparation

Combine Worcestershire and mustard. Dredge pork chops in this mixture and then in the seasoned flour. Fry in canola oil until golden brown (frying time varies on the thickness of the chops). Drain on paper towels. Enjoy!

This was a tasty change from the standard fried pork chop! The aroma while cooking was lovely. The coating had a crisp texture that was very nice. I seasoned my flour with ground cayenne pepper. I see repeats of this in my dining future. Oh…and totally easy.
