My version of Hardee’s Mushroom Swiss Burger.
Divide ground chuck in to 4 equal parts and shape into 1/4-pound hamburger patties. Season with Worcestershire sauce and lemon and pepper seasoning. Grill as desired.
Meanwhile, mix package of gravy as directed. When thickened, add the jar of mushrooms and mix in. Take off heat and set aside. When burgers are grilled, assemble mushroom Swiss burger by adding cheese to the bun, the hamburger, cover with mushroom gravy, and then top with the other half of the bun.
