Turkey, blue cheese and mushrooms-yum!
Mix all ingredients (I mix with my hands to make sure everything is all mixed together). Form into 5-6 patties. Place patties in hot greased skillet
As the burgers cook, the juices from the cheese, mushrooms and meat will start to coat the pan. I took a large spoon and continued to coat the burgers as they cooked. With all the cheese and mushrooms, it’s impossible for them to dry out, so I don’t think you have to watch your cooking time.
I serve these on a bed of fresh spinach leaves rather than on a bun.
