This is my family’s favorite meatloaf! My son doesn’t like all those veggies in most meatloaf recipes. This makes awesome meatloaf sandwiches the next day.
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, beaten eggs, minced onions and 1 can tomato sauce. Mix ingredients well. Pat into an 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
For topping combine the other can of tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, white sugar and mustard in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over meatloaf when the meatloaf reaches the 50 minute point. Then, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
