This is so easy to make and so easy to eat! A great way to use up any leftover Easter ham.
In a large bowl, mix hashbrown potatoes, ham, cheese and onion together.
In a separate bowl, mix the Miracle Whip, milk and pepper together and then pour over potato mixture. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes. Serve.

Are you using shredded or cubed hashbrowns? Sounds really good!
