A great meal for a crowd. Delicious and nutritious!
1. Cook shells according to package instruction; drain.
2. Beat eggs. Add ricotta, 1/2 pound mozzarella, and parmesan. Mix in seasonings.
3. Pour 1/2 of the sauce in a 9×13 baking dish.
4. Stuff cooked shells with filling and arrange in dish
5. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella 10 minutes before done.

I just use jumbo pasta shells. It makes about 30-36 shells depending on how full you fill them.
