Easy chicken dish that is sure to please anyone! Measurements are a guesstimate because like most family recipes, there is no exact measuring!
1. Take all the fat off the chicken and cut in squares.
2. Mix flour, ginger, salt and pepper on a plate. Coat the chicken in the flour.
3. Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil.
4. When the chicken is browned, add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and distilled vinegar.
5. Put on low heat and keep checking/stirring as it cooks, since it sticks and can burn. It will take about 45 minutes to cook.
6. Serve over rice.
