Mom got this from a Bed & Breakfast. Can be made in individual casseroles or a 2-quart square casserole.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat chicken, 1/2 milk, sour cream, soup and sherry, if using, to boiling. Spoon into casserole or individual casseroles.
Beat remaining ingredients with whisk, until nearly smooth. Pour over casseroles (s). Sprinkle with some additional cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered until top bubbles and sets, about 25 minutes.
This will take longer to cook if you are not starting out with the hot chicken ingredients.

So easy my 16 year old son made it for dinner last night. All 3 kids gobbled it up! Definitely a keeper!
