Want to make a mouth-watering meal but don’t have a lot of time? This will wake up your taste buds in no time at all.
Preheat broiler to high.
Spray the bottom of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Rinse salmon, pat it very dry and place in pan.
Combine brown sugar, miso, soy sauce and hot water in a bowl with a whisk.
Spoon 3/4 of the miso mixture over fish. Broil 5 minutes then baste with the remaining sauce and broil another 5-7 minutes until flakey. Do not overcook the fish.
Arrange it on a nice platter and garnish with lemon juice and chives.
