Really easy baked wings with savoury miso. Totally perfect as party finger food!
Mix miso paste, grated garlic, mirin and soy sauce in a bowl.
In a Ziploc bag, toss in chicken wings. Add marinade into the bag and close. Smoosh the chicken pieces around to ensure that the marinade has coated every piece of chicken very well. Leave to marinate at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
Remove chicken wings and leave on the counter for 15-20 minutes so they aren’t too cold. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 360ºF or 180ºC. Line 2 broiling pans or cookie sheet pans with parchment paper.
Lay chicken pieces in a single layer, leaving about 1 inch between each piece. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are nicely brown and fully cooked.
Serve as finger food or as a side!
