The most tender flavorful grilled chicken topped with a tomato and cucumber salsa.
Place chicken in a shallow bowl; set aside.
In a bowl, add all of the marinade ingredients, mix until combined. Pour over chicken. Cover chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Meanwhile, to make the salsa, add all the salsa ingredients together, and refrigerate until ready to use.
Set grill over medium heat. Place chicken on grill and cook for 5 minutes; flip chicken and cook for about 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
Serve salsa over top of chicken and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
