A quick and healthy pizza made with melted mozzarella cheese, fresh cherry tomatoes, and sprinkled with some sliced basil.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Put a FlatOut Bread or tortilla onto a baking sheet. Add olive oil and evenly distribute onto shell. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese, then top with tomatoes and basil.
Place in oven for 7-10 minutes. Watch it the last couple of minutes to make sure it doesn’t burn.
