This is a weekly staple in our house. It’s incredibly simple, and this is my husband’s favorite pizza!
Prepare pizza dough according to the directions on the package. (If you make your own, you may need to pre-bake it slightly so that it’s not soggy.) Place olive oil and garlic in a microwave safe container and microwave for 30 seconds, then allow it to sit for 5 minutes. Roll out the pizza crust and brush with garlic oil. Place tomatoes in a single layer on the crust, then top with cheese and basil. (I don’t usually use all the cheese. Just add as much as you want.) Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole thing and bake according to the pizza crust directions.
