Serve this with a rice pilaf and peas or corn.
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. On a large stoneware sheet, rub vegetable oil and salt and pepper over the tenderloins. Put the stoneware sheet into the preheated oven and bake the tenderloins.
3. In a separate microwavable dish, add all of the remaining ingredients and microwave for about 4 minutes until bubbly and thickened.
4. Once tenderloins reach 160 F using a meat thermometer (cook time will vary depending on the thickness of the tenderloins), remove it from the oven and let it rest, then slice and place in sauce.
