A tender and luscious pot roast swimming in a rich self-made gravy.
Combine soup and wine in a crock pot. Whisk to combine. Add mushrooms. Place roast on top of mushrooms. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Lawry’s seasoned salt.
Cook on Low for 8 hours or until fork tender.
Serving suggestion: Toast French bread slices with butter, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper until golden brown. Layer sliced roast and mushrooms over bread slices. Top with gravy.
Wine note: Conquista Malbec is an easy-to-find Argentenian wine. Available in most grocery, specialty and wine stores.

I think you mean 8 oz. sliced Baby Portabella Mushrooms! Otherwise this sounds yummy!!
