My dad used to make this on Saturdays and I have just modified it a bit to suit our family. Kids love it.
1. Cook macaroni until just tender. Drain.
2. In a large skillet, brown meat with onion, garlic, half of the green pepper, 1 1/2 cups mushrooms; drain off fat.
3. Stir in pizza sauce, oregano and salt; simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Combine eggs, parmesan cheese and macaroni.
5. Cover the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish with the macaroni mixture.
6. Spoon the meat mixture evenly over the macaroni; top with mozzarella plus remaining green pepper and mushrooms, tomato and olives.
7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Note: any toppings can be used; the ones listed just happen to be our favorites. Dress it up just like your favorite pizza.

A hit with my fam, although I changed some of the “toppings” and added more cheese (we’re cheesy like that!). Thanks for the great recipe!

This was really easy to make and my 5 year old really enjoyed it! We switched up the toppings a bit, added pepperoni. I also prepped it the night before so when I got home from work I could just pop it in the oven, I love recipes like that!
