A baked version of good old macaroni and cheese. It is a favorite with my family and at all the church potlucks. I received this from my sister years ago, but I am not sure where my sister got the recipe. I have used a variety of different cheeses for the Sharp and Velveeta that the recipe calls for. This is a versatile dish.
Mix all ingredients together and put in an 8 inch or 9 inch square pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
