Lunchbox Corn Dog Muffins

Description
Corn Dog flavor without the pesky stick! Perfect to send in your kid’s lunch boxes.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Corn Muffin Mix, 8 Ounce Boxes
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 whole Eggs
- 6 whole Hot Dogs, Chopped
Preparation
Stir together muffin mix, milk and eggs until combined. Fold in the hot dogs.
Bake in paper lined muffin cups at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
