A creamy classic comfort food made light!
Preheat oven to 375ºF and spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, and steamed broccoli. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat cream cheese, yogurt, chicken broth, and milk. Add 1 cup of cheese and stir to let it melt. Add spices and adjust to taste.
Once sauce is smooth and hot, add to chicken mixture and stir until combined. Pour mixture into baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and smashed crackers.
Bake 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Let sit 5-10 minutes then serve.
