A simple way to grill chicken breast and add all the flavor with the lemon thyme. It’s a win-win.
Heat grill up to medium-high heat. Prepare aluminum sheet squares to fit chicken breasts, 2 chicken breasts on each square of foil. Place chicken breasts on aluminum foil, and to each, add 1 tablespoon butter, about 1 tablespoon lemon thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
Place on grill and cover grill. Let cook for 10–12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Pull off the grill, unwrap foil packets and serve immediately.
