Lemon Ginger Chicken
Description
Bright, fresh flavours make this marinade perfect for those warm summer evenings. I love this marinade too, because it’s very low in fat!
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Zest (organic Is Best When Using The Zest)
- ⅔ cups Lemon Juice (fresh Squeezed!)
- 4 teaspoons Ginger, Peeled And Minced
- 4 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 pinches Dried Chili Pepper Flakes, Or Bottled Hot Sauce
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Trimmed Of Any Fat
Preparation
Mix together all marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken). Add chicken and marinate for 12-24 hours. Grill over medium-heat until juices run clear. Enjoy!
