Dinner is quick, healthy, and delicious with Lemon Garlic Tilapia! This diet friendly recipe can be prepared in just 15 minutes!
Combine garlic, lemon juice, white wine, parsley, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Place olive oil in a large skillet and turn on medium heat. Once heated, lay fish fillets in a single (or almost single) layer in the skillet and pour over 3/4 or all of lemon sauce. Cook fish on medium heat until flesh turns white and flakes easily with a fork (5 minutes or less). Serve warm.
