A healthy, quick, easy and tender steamed chicken cooked in chicken broth and fresh lemon juice and served with steamed broccoli.
In a skillet over medium heat add chicken, salt, pepper, chicken broth, lemon juice, dill and garlic powder and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for 5 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink.
Once chicken is done, add broccoli to the pan and cover with lid; cook for 3 minutes or until broccoli is done to your liking.
Serve on its own or over rice or pasta.
