The lemon and dill nicely complement the salmon in this recipe. The flavors are fresh, making it the perfect meal for a summer night.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Spray an oven-safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon filets in the baking dish (skin side down) and season with lemon pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, dill and lemon juice. Pour lemon-butter mixture over salmon filets. Garnish with lemon slices.
Bake for 25 minutes and serve, pouring the lemon butter that remains in the baking dish over the salmon filets.
