A great use for using leftover chicken when you need a quick fix!
Cook the egg noodles to package directions. Drain and place back in the cooking pot. Mix in chicken, soup (use more if the noodles seem dry), shredded cheese (enough to your liking), and seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until top noodles are crunchy.

oh, my manaw (grandma) used to make something just like this!!! what a perfect comfort food. . .and totally kid-friendly as my son LOVES this as well as our own creation known as “rice goop”!
