A quick and easy weeknight dinner. Tastes just like the real thing.
In a large pot, saute onion and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat. Once onion/garlic is softened, add the ground beef and fry until browned. Add in the coleslaw mix stir until cabbage is wilted. Add in the rice, soup, ketchup, hot sauce, and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with a fresh, warm piece of bread with butter.
