Beautiful crispy, light, juicy lager battered saffron shrimp, with special ‘stacchionaise dipping sauce. See Related Link for video instructions!
Mix juice of one lemon and saffron in a small bowl. Let it infuse.
Mix flour, beer, salt, egg white into a bowl and beat until mixture is smooth.
Add saffron juice to bowl. Mix again.
Dip shrimp into batter, then into 350 degree preheated oil and fry until golden brown.
