Spicy, meaty, and surprisingly quick and easy meal.
Heat a large pan over medium high heat and add a small amount of oil. Add ginger and garlic, cook for a minute until fragrant. Add meat and brown. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochugang. Stir for 2–3 minutes until sauce is shiny and smooth. Add beef base, if you want a beefier flavor.
Serve a 1/3 cup ground turkey over rice and top with green onions sliced into rings.
