Ready in 30 minutes, this quick dinner is a favorite with my kids.
In a large pan, mix the soup, butter and water. Bring to a boil. Add in kielbasa pieces and rice. Simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add the frozen vegetables. Simmer 15 more minutes.
Serve with a sprinkling of cheese on top – parmesan, mozzarella or cheddar work well.
