Chicken tenders with a little more crunch and a lot of love. Chicken Bow Wow is my 3 year-old grand-daughter Kate’s favorite. Recipe is yummy just like her!!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash raw chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Flatten chicken breasts on a cutting board using a mallet. Then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Put dry ingredients: flour, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, onion powder, and parsley in a bowl and stir until blended together.
In another bowl, add the eggs and milk. Mix well with a wisk.
Dip chicken in the egg first, then coat with the flour/ bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken in a lightly greased glass pyrex baking dish and cover with tin foil.
Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
