Salmon fillets coated with a topping of Garlic, Mustard, parsley and bread crumbs. Some of the ingredients may sound weird but your guests will just LOVE it!
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place 4 salmon fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down
3. Mix together in a small bowl mustard, Olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper
4. Spread mixture all over the top of the fillets
5. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the mustard mixture followed by the Parmesan cheese
6. Bake in oven approximately 15-20 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through. Enjoy!

Overall, this was pretty tasty!
I only had dried parsley, so used that instead. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. It was nice to have a different salmon recipe for dinner! I don’t really like the recipes that call for topping the fillet with mayo… so the mustard was right up my alley!
Will be adding this to my regular rotation. Thanks so much!

Everyone in the family — even the four-year-old — loved this one. I’m making it again tonight!
