My good friend from Milwaukee gave me this recipe years ago and it has become a staple when we have large groups of people over. It can easily be doubled and is a crowd pleaser!
Mix all the ingredients together in a crock pot. Cook 5–6 hours on high or 10–12 hours on low. When you can easily shred the meat with a fork, it’s done.
Shred and serve on rolls.

Delicious and pretty low in calories too if you stick to about a 3oz serving!
