Description

Ever since my good friend Jamie brought this over, my husband has now decided he DOES like meat loaf. It has wonderful flavor, and is so fast to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 pound Italian Pork Sausage
  • 1 box Stove Top Pork Flavored Stuffing Mix, 6 Ounce Box
  • 1 can (14.5 Oz.) Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cans 8 Oz. Cans, Tomato Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all of the ingredients (except the tomato sauce) together and form into (2) loaves. Place loaves onto a lightly greased foil lined and rimmed cookie sheet.

Bake for 45 minutes, then pour one can tomato sauce over each loaf. Return to oven to bake for another 15 minutes.

Let set 10 minutes before serving.

Such a great recipe. My husband doesn’t like meatloaf, so making meatloaf is a gamble. He loved this meatloaf. I think the flavor is wonderful, the texture is great, and really moist. We loved this for dinner tonight and can’t wait tO have meatloaf sandwiches from the leftovers.
