These chicken strips have excellent flavor with this twist on a classic chicken recipe.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the chicken into 1-inch strips. Combine all the dry ingredients in a pie plate. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Using tongs, dip the chicken strips into melted butter and then coat the chicken in the bread crumb mixture, one at a time. Place the chicken strips in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
Serve with any dipping sauce of your choice. I suggest ranch, honey mustard, BBQ or nothing! Enjoy!
