Chicken and vegetables are cooked in an Italian seasoning mix in foil pouches, making it one of the juiciest chicken dishes ever!
Preheat oven to 450
Marinate Veggies in dressing
Cut foil to wrap around each breast to form a pocket.
Coat chicken in dry mix
Pour veggies and marinade over chicken
Sprinkle cheese on top
Wrap chicken with foil
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until done

Just made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing! I opted to leave out the cheese for a healthier version, but it was great and so easy! I left mine in for an extra 10 minutes because the chicken wasn’t QUITE done, but they were extra large breasts. This will become a regular on my menu!

I love this recipe. So quick and easy. I had a random mix of vegtables from the garden and was able to throw is together easily. I had people over for dinner and they all loved it too. Very versitle as well. It’s very tasty and the chicken come out very tender and the veggies are cooked perfectly.

What a wonderful and quick meal. I fogot the cheese – I am sure that would have made it even more flavorful. This recipe lends itself well to sustitutions. I did not ahve any zucchini, but I added in some fresh mushrooms. It was a hit with the entire family! Thanks for sharing.
