Chicken + Italian dressing make for one great combination.
1. Place the defrosted chicken breasts in a large Ziploc bag. Cover the chicken with enough salad dressing to coat and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. After the 60 minutes are up, preheat the oven to 350ºF.
3. Place the chicken in a large rectangular casserole dish, pouring the dressing from the marinating bag into the dish.
4. Drizzle a little extra dressing over top and place in the oven.
5. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
6. Remove from the oven, serve (with a side of tri-color rotini or a salad), and enjoy!
