Easy, delicious, Italian crock pot chicken!
Put your chicken in your crock pot on low. Sprinkle the Italian dry dressing over the top and let it cook for 2 hours or until chicken is done.
About 20 minutes before you are ready to eat, boil your water for the noodles. Place the noodles in the water when it begins to boil. They should cook for about 10 minutes, or until the desired texture.
When chicken is cooked and your noodles are boiling, add cream cheese and soup to the crock pot. Stir the mixture together and let cook about 15 more minutes or until you can stir it all together without lumps. If you would like a thinner sauce, add a little chicken stock to the mix.
Once your noodles are done, serve them on a plate with the sauce over top. I also like to add sauteed mushrooms on top. Delicious!
