This slow cooker chicken recipe is spicy, sweet and has many other bold flavors with a minimal amount of work!
Place the chicken breast in your slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper, and then add the chicken stock, IPA beer, orange juice, peppers, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, chipotle chili powder and onion powder.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Shred the chicken with two forks. Serve on top of rice or quinoa or in tortillas. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!

I think there is a typo on the amount of Chipotle Chili Powder…it should be 1 teaspoon, not 11. This sounds wonderful, I’m going to give it a try!
