Warm and comforting! A great way to use up leftover cooked chicken and rice.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Place the chicken, rice, celery, mayo and soup in a bowl and mix together. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with the chow mein noodles.
Bake for 1 hour.
(This can be made up the day before cooking; and it freezes very well too.)
