Baking this chicken in a broth of sweet honey and orange keeps it moist, tender, and guaranteed to please!
Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk together honey, hot water, orange juice, ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Set aside. In a small dish, whisk the egg. Place breadcrumbs in another small dish. Salt chicken with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, dip in egg, then dip in breadcrumbs to coat well. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken until lightly browned on all sides. Transfer to a baking dish and pour orange juice mixture over the chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

My family and I loved this recipe. I served it with thin spaghetti noodles and drizzled the sauce over them…very tasty. Will definitely make again.
