Description

This recipe is fairly easy but yet elegant enough to wow the family. I love salmon, I could live on salmon…I might just die from salmon overload.

8 basic ingredients and it cooks in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight 4 Boneless Salmon
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ cups Breadcrumbs
  • ⅛ cups Walnuts Smashed
  • ⅛ cups Pecans Smashed
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Dried
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Lemon Juice To Taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine butter, mustard and honey together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl combine breadcrumbs, walnuts, pecans, parsley, salt and pepper.

Place Salmon on a greased pan (or a pan lined with aluminum foil)

Brush butter/mustard mixture on each salmon fillet. You can be generous with the mixture! You will probably have some left over, which is okay.

Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on the fillets, make sure you get the sides.

Bake 15 minutes and serve with lemon juice.

Tried this recipe on the weekend and it was amazing! So simple and quick to make too! I chucked a fresh slice of white bread into the blender for fresh breadcrumbs, used oregano instead of parsley, and left out the pecan nuts – it was delicious! Thanks for the great recipe!

Made this the other nite, always looking for new ways to make salmon, sad to say this is not one of them. Maybe the bread crumbs changed the taste, not sure we just didnt care for it that much.

I made this last night for dinner! The only thing I didn’t have on hand were the walnuts so I left those out. Delicious!
