Baked chicken is my go-to quick weeknight meal. It is easy to prepare and the oven does all of the work. Honey and mustard is a great flavor combination, it tastes even better with chicken. A honey mustard sauce is poured over Italian seasoned chicken. Chicken is naturally gluten-free, making this an easy healthy dinner option if you eat a gluten-free diet.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Rub Italian seasoning evenly over chicken and place into a large greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard and olive oil. Evenly drizzle mixture over chicken. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
